How many of you have been to the casino and made stupid bets or bet drunk? A fair few of us. how many of you have gone to the casino and made a fair amount of money? some of us. Last night at perth's oh so fine betting facility Burswood i sat down to play my first ever live cash game. The blinds were 2/3. The first few hands were boring useless cards that one shoudnt play if raised more than 5 bucks., pocket 4's q9 etc. Finally i got a semi decent hand of A J and raised pre flop to 15 dollars. Got action from 3 other players at the 10 person table. Flop came J 10 8. I had one pair. i threw in 15. Big blind and small blind called. Guy to my left called. Turn came 3. we all checked. Final card came j. Giving me three of a kind jacks with an ace kicker. i instantly throw all my chips in the pot for about 80 bucks all in Only 1 guy calls. I turn over my A J confidently for trip jacks. Guy turns over his fucking pocket 3's for a full house. The guy is a fucking wanker for making a knob head play like that. Nobody with any brains plays pocket 3's when there is a raise of 15 pre flop. It was a bad beat and unfortunately thats poker. However My man J grizzle from down the street raped burswood to the tune of 400 bucks. Long live Dub town.
